CASHLESS SITE
All payments must be made via card payment either online via our website or in-house via our card machine!
UNDER 16s POLICY
Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
BOOKINGS
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place.
We advise booking online via our website to avoid disappointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your slot to allow staff time to seat you comfortably at your station, and take advantage of our “refreshment counter”.
Please ensure you choose the correct machine as this cannot be changed upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings are non-refundable
BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT
We will not tolerate any misbehaviour/foul play/vandalism or abuse to our staff and fellow customers; this will result in immediate dismissal and a lifetime ban from returning to our premises.
Offensive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
CUSTOMER SAFETY
We hold a strict policy that we will not knowingly allow anyone who is a resisted/convicted child sex offender or subject to a Sexual Risk order or child abduction notice to enter our premises.
In keeping with the “Sexual Offences Act 2003”.
Anyone of this nature will be asked to immediately leave without refund and receive a lifetime ban.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person we believe is a threat to our premises/staff and other customers.
